Error "failed to connect"

This error usually happens when our web platform is unable to connect to any of our dedicated servers of TS3.

This is often happened by:

- Maintenance schedules
- Error/Crash of the entire server
[In case your plan involves the no-premium server (without anti-ddos)]
- The server is under attack.

In case this happens please contact our support via ticket from you client area to ask more information habout what's happening.
